We’ll have a coat check area where you can drop off luggage — just note that we don’t recommend leaving valuables.
If you misplace something while the event is in progress, stop by our Info Desk on the second floor to check if someone dropped off your lost item. If you realize you’ve lost something once SDC18 has ended, send us a note with a description of the item to email@example.com.
Yes, select SDC18 content will be available online for viewing. The Opening Keynote and Spotlight Session will be live-streamed to Facebook Live. Technical sessions will be recorded and available after the conference through the SDC18 website.

We have a special form for members of the Press. When registering, please select “Press” from the list of categories. Our team will review submissions, and notify you once your request has been approved or declined.
SDC offers early check-in on Tuesday, November 6 from 12-8pm. No other programming will take place on this day. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID. On conference days, Wednesday, November 7 and Thursday, November 8, check-in will open at 8am. Programming begins both days at 10am. For the full conference schedule, refer to the event website.

We accept these credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
The payment will show on your credit card statement as “Samsung Developer Conf” — if you don’t see the transaction, please contact email@example.com.
We hope you’re able to attend SDC18, but if something comes up, you can request to cancel by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not able to offer refunds, but your registration can be transferred to someone else upon request.

If you require a visa letter, please send a request email to email@example.com and include ‘Visa Letter’ in the subject of your email. Please include your full legal name, registration ID (included in your registration confirmation email), country of citizenship, country of residence and dates of travel to the U.S. within the body of the email. In order to receive a visa letter, you must be a registered attendee of SDC18. If you are unable to obtain the appropriate documentation prior the conference, you may reach out to SDC Support, firstname.lastname@example.org, for a full refund.

Yes, we have arranged discounted room rates at several hotels near the venue for SDC18 attendees. Once you register, you will be prompted to book your hotel room. Check out the Accommodations page for more info!
